LA COMISIÓN DE LAS COMUNIDADES EUROPEAS,

Visto el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea,

Visto el Reglamento (CE) no 2368/2002 del Consejo, de 20 de diciembre de 2002, por el que se aplica el sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley para el comercio internacional de diamantes en bruto (1), y, en particular, su artículo 20,

Considerando lo siguiente:

(1) La reunión plenaria de Delhi del proceso de Kimberley revisó la lista de participantes que cumplen los requisitos mínimos del sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley.

(2) Es preciso actualizar las direcciones de las autoridades del proceso de Kimberley de algunos participantes.

(3) Procede modificar el anexo II en consecuencia.

HA ADOPTADO EL PRESENTE REGLAMENTO:

Artículo 1

El anexo II del Reglamento (CE) no 2368/2002 se sustituye por el anexo del presente Reglamento.

Artículo 2

El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea.

El presente Reglamento será obligatorio en todos sus elementos y directamente aplicable en cada Estado miembro.
